Execution of balcony repair and room painting works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications provided. The contractor shall furnish all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the satisfactory completion of the work, which broadly comprises 1. Dismantling and Surface Preparation Dismantling of old plaster or skirting, raking out joints, cleaning the surface, and disposing of debris as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Plastering Works Providing and applying cement plaster in fine sand, including 12 mm thick plaster on walls, with proper curing and smooth finishing. 3. Tile Grouting Grouting the joints of existing flooring tiles with white cement and matching pigments. 4. Painting Works Preparation of surfaces, applying primer, and finishing with approved quality paint (including putty where required) for walls, ceilings, and balcony areas. 5. Repair of Balcony Components Repair/replacement of damaged balcony elements, including patch plastering, minor masonry works, and surface finishing. 6. Clean-up and Final Handover Removing all waste materials, cleaning the site, and handing over the completed work in good condition.
