Selection of Agency for Lease of 800 acres of land (8 land parcels of 100 acres each), obtaining Grid Connectivity and line ROW clearance for development of 200 MW (25 MW × 8) Solar Projects in Maharashtra. The scope of works includes submitting the proposal for Lease of Land for 28 years & further extendable for 2 years, land development services including land levelling, tree cutting, approach roads, internal peripheral roads, provision of sufficient quantity of water, construction of pre-cast compound wall along the land boundary and Main Entry Gate, identifying existing MSETCL 132/33kV OR 220/33 kV substation having sufficient power evacuation margins and 99% grid availability, obtaining in-principal approval and final approval for grid connectivity from MSTECL, and right of way clearance and executing pole line agreement for 33 kV line from land parcel to substation.
