supply of high availability single section digital axle counter system complete with dual sensor as per rdso specification no. rdso/spn/177/2012 with version 3.0 or latest [ warranty period 30 months after the date of delivery ]high availablility single section digitial axle counter(hassdac) system complate with dual sensor as per rdso specition no. rdso/spn/177/2012 with version 3.0 or letest [ warranty period 30 months after the date of delivery ]supply installation testing wiring & commissioning of high availability single section digital axle counter (hassdac) system complete with dual detection as per rdso specification no rdso/spn 177/2012 (version 3. 0) or latest consisting of (i)track side high availability digital axle counter unit dacf-720p=2nos (ii)high frequency tx coil & rx coil(ad-711) (each set consisting of web mounting type 2 nos tx and 2 nos rx coil)=02 sets (iii) vital relay box model vr-722=02 nos duly wired with the following relays (a)vital relays qn1 k 24 v 6f- 6b=02nos (b) reset relay qn1 k 24 v 6f-6b= 1 no (c) pr relay onn1 24 v 6f-2b (dual)= 1 no (iv) clamp with deflector plates and hardware =4 nos ( v) reset box model no259a=02 nos (vi) surge voltage protection device mounted on din rail = 02 nos mtallation requires following attention a) the axle counter will be high availability single section type wih two detection points and it is possible to install it without trolly protection track circuit the axle counter must consist of following the wire and other winng material will be arranged by contractor at site b) mounting of high frequency tx and rx coil - 2 sets each set consist of web mounting type 2 no of tx and 2 no of rx c) mounting of track side digital axle counter unit-2 nos d) fixing of vital relays etc duly wired-2 nos e) clamping with deflector plate and hard ware for mounting of two set of tx & rx coil. (f) resetting arrangement for each axle counter g)all the wiring material required for installation and commissioning shall be arranged by contractor h)this also includes integration with existing sge/ tokenless/token block instruments were resupply installation,testing,wiring & commissioning of high availability single section digital axle counter (hassdac) system complete with dual detection as per rdso specification no.rdso/spn/177/2012 (version 3.0)or lastest consisting of. i)track side high availability digital axle counter unit dacf-720p=2nos.ii)high frequency tx coil &rx coil(ad-711) (each set consisting of web mounting type 2 nos tx and 2 nos rx coil )=02 sets.iii)vital relay box model vr-722=02 nos duly wired with the following relays.( a)vital relays qn 1k.24 v 6f-6b=02nos( b) reset relay qn 1k 24 v 6f-6b=1 no.
